Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
1.3 User Accounts. PwC will establish (or empower Client to establish) User Accounts, where applicable. Client will (and will cause each other Client Party and User to) not exceed limitations or restrictions on User Accounts or Users, and access and use the Offering in accordance with requirements designated by PwC and applicable Laws and Standards, obligations to third parties, and the Agreement. Promptly upon becoming aware of a User’s non-compliance, Client will notify PwC and take appropriate steps to remedy it (including terminating User access). PwC may monitor access and use of the Offering. Client is responsible and liable for unauthorized use of User Accounts.
